Planning - Email to cast

Hi Everyone.
I have spoken to you all individually, and you have all agreed to be part of Trailer in my Media A2, which is absolutely fantastic.
Basically, its called "Grace" and its about a teenage girl who has been diagnosed with leukaemia and the trailer is going to show her living her life, having fun but also show the rough sides of her illness. However, I need to schedule some rehearsals and filming times, as I need to start filming as soon as possible! Below, I am going to post who you are playing and dates of when I will need you. If you cant do any of these dates, please let me know at least 3 days before so I can reschedule.

2nd October - Abby : Dark coloured clothes and bandana - (I will provide bandana)

8th October - Abby: Colourful top and jeans
                         Jenna: Jeans, top and cooking apron
                         Dan : Suit (what you wear to school)
                         Natasha – Skirt and shirt or polo (resembling school uniform)
                       Aaron – Top and jogging bottoms.

9th October - Abby : Jeans, top and a coat AND a dress.

                        Jenna : Skirt and a top AND a dress.

13th October - Abby: Bright coloured dress, bandana AND a different dress
                         Jenna – White top, jeans and a coloured cardigan, hair down AND a different top
                         Dan – Jeans and a top (no logo) AND a different top
                         Natasha – Jeans and a top (no logo), hair in plats AND a dress
                         Aaron  – Jeans and a top (no logo) AND jogging bottoms and a different top
